Hampshire County Riding Club is initiating a new challenge this year. Called the All-Round Horse and Rider Challenge, it is a way to accrue points towards goals/medals for you and your horses. The Hampshire County Riding Club will recognize members and their horses for the activities and events they participate in during the year that indicate their versatility and involvement.
- A member can accrue points for a variety of activities and earn medals/certificates for point accrual.
- Points should be submitted to committee for consideration once a level is completed.
- Points can be accrued on different horses
- Categories:
- Competitive
- Non-competitive
- Public Appearances/Promotional
- Work Related and Personal
- Volunteer
- Points are cumulative and those not submitted one year can be added to future years
- The list of activities under each category are not exclusive- questions about events not listed should be sent to lisekrieger@comcast.net
- Points necessary for each category:
- 50 points (points from 2 or more categories) – Certificate
- 100 points (points from 3 or more categories) – Bronze
- 250 points (points from 4 categories) – Silver
- 500 points (points from 5 categories) – Gold
- 1000 points (points from 5 categories) – Platinum
